We ship usually next day via DPD, though this depends on the time you purchase, the scales are boxed and packed with care, so that you can use them straight out of the box.

We advise placing them on a firm worktop, switch them on and LEAVE for min of 1 hour to let things settle from transit. (it is best to keep the scales switched on)
